Documents checklist and immunizations
Every child's and staff member's required papers in one checklist, named with their official form numbers, so you see at a glance what is missing, expired or expiring soon. Each child's vaccines are checked against the required doses for their age, with what is due and when.

Sign-in and sign-out with a signature
Each child has a card on the tablet. Tap it, choose who is signing, record a health check, and the parent signs on screen.

Attendance at a glance
Who is in right now, counted under and over 24 months, with absences and no-shows recorded for the day.

Staff clock-in
Assistants and staff sign themselves in and out on the same tablet, so hours are recorded without a separate time clock.

Deliveries, inspectors and contractors sign in with the reason for their visit and the time they arrived and left.

A closer look
Papers and vaccines, without the binder
Each child's page lists the papers your daycare needs, from the blue card to the medical form, and marks each one received, missing or expiring soon. Attach a photo or scan to any item; older versions are kept.
Check off vaccine doses as they come in. The chart says what is needed at the child's age and flags what is due, so you see a gap before an inspector does.
At the door
The tablet stays signed in all day as your location. Parents find their child and tap one big button; the time is recorded, they choose who is signing and sign with a finger. Absences and no-show calls are recorded too, so the day's register is complete.
Allergies and medical notes are kept on each child's record for the staff who need them.
Staff hours
Staff sign in and out from their own card on the tablet. The totals show at a glance who is in, who has left and who has not arrived yet.
Reports when you need them
Pick the records and the dates, choose Excel or PDF, and download. The office screens on the tablet sit behind an admin PIN, so the front door stays the front door.

Providers and directors sign in to the portal from their own computer or phone: who is here right now, children and parents, staff, documents, attendance history and late sign-outs across every site.
